Digital Product

Window Wind Load provides digital wind load calculation reports as a one-time purchase. Each report costs $9.99 and allows you to create one project with unlimited openings and a print-ready calculation sheet.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. Once a wind load calculation report has been purchased and the project created, refunds are generally not available. The calculation data is delivered immediately upon project finalization and cannot be "returned."

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or credit in the following limited circumstances:

• A technical error prevented you from accessing your purchased report
• You were charged multiple times for the same project due to a system error
• The service was significantly unavailable after your purchase

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at the email below.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us with the following information:

• Your account email address
• The date of purchase
• A description of the issue you encountered

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
